ISI specializes in custom home and commercial projects, which include new construction, existing home additions/remodels/repairs, and insurance work. Would you like to build a custom home, but need to sell your existing home first? ISI can offer rental services to ease your transition. Once you sell your existing home, ISI can design and build your new home, and provide a rental home for you, during the construction of your new home. No short lease terms or 30 day notices to worry about. It’s truly a one stop shop! If you are only interested in a rental home, for the time being, we can provide that, too. Ask us for more details.
